I came in for a spinal block. The nurses Christian, Johnica, and Carol absolutely ROCK!! These ladies took such good care of me from the time I got in until the time I checked out! I have a response where I pass out with IV's. I didn't but Carol got the IV right in! Surgery was a success!

Three stars as part of my extensive experience with this facility is positive. The Dr.s, nurses and most of the support staff are wonderful and the facility is clean and well maintained. The problem with me checking in this last time was the intake personnel, very rude. They also got my co-pay wrong with this most current visit but we managed to clear that up and that lady was nice and very appologetic. We however did not find the office manager to be very nice at all. Cold is putting it mildly and I never wish to speak to her again. When asking her a question she stated to me they have 70-90 patients a day to deal with so I point blank told her well then you won't miss me, bye. Dealing with patients (customers) she should know how to be diplomatic and smooth ruffled feathers not antagonize her clients.

I had an outstanding experience at this facility 8/17/23. Dr. Mark Rogers performed a knee scope on me in a very professional manner. The staff was outstanding. The one that stuck out the most to me was my recovery nurse Tina. Her kindness and gentleness in my care from beginning to the end was simply amazing. Thank you again to everyone for your services.
