I had surgery here this morning and the whole staff from the front desk to the OR and all those in between are super sweet. Thank you so much for being so sweet.

This is a very impressive place. The staff are super nice and very informative when you have questions.Dr. Claassen gave me an epidural in my lower back. It was quick and easy. The only thing I felt was a pinch for the local. Easy peasy, done in one hour total office visit maybe less. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Dr.s office

I am so very impressed with the staff and the facility. I was treated like family by everyone I came into contact. I am so happy that I picked Dr Fleming Brooks and that he fixed my ankle at this facility.

My surgery was scheduled a few weeks ago, a simple surgery quick in and out. In preparation I received 1 phone call for the pre-op questions, no blood tests, no urine samples, no in office visit. I received surgery instructions in the mail a few days prior, and by the time I had arrived day of my appointment I had not been contacted again. Upon arriving, the woman at the front desk looked like she had already decided not to be pleasant. I gave her my ID and insurance and she asked me for the $200 copay, I explained I can pay $50 and bill the rest to be paid later, and she responded as if this was matter of fact and I was stupid for not knowing, that I have to pay all of it upfront like they told me already over the phone. No one told me that over the phone, if they had, I would have had the $200 ready in advance to be paid that morning easily. I told her that no one called me, and she looked at me and said if I didn't have it I can't get the surgery. She had the nastiest look on her face, and I wasn't about to deal with a surgery center that has someone working customer service that has no compassion. I told my husband we were leaving, and I'll be scheduling the surgery with a different office. The money is not the problem, the problem is that woman's attitude, the lack of communication from the staff, and the rundown appearance of the surgery center itself. My surgery has somewhat higher risk of infection, and I'm not about to settle for rude staff that don't talk to me like a person. If this review dissapears, I will put it back.
