Horrible how this place waits until the DAY BEFORE to even tell someone when their eye surgery will be that very next day!!! Not only does it put the patient that is having the surgery in added stress & anxiety it also puts whoever is driving them in a bind as far as trying to make arrangements in less than a day!!!!! Also the lady hosting upfront right as you walk in today is EXTREMELY snappy, rude & stand offish!!! I sure hope the people in the back are much nicer to people!!’

Autumn was the kindest soul and really made me feel comfortable. The blonde at the open window (not where you sign in) was very rude as was Carla who I spoke with on the phone. No reason to be rude to ANYONE. Especially when you are in a helping profession. Get another job or take a course in manners. Shame on you both. Dr. Hill was fantastic. Good demeanor. Didn't rush. Listened to and responded respectfully to any concerns I had. He prayed with me before my surgery as did one of the girls working in the surgical center. I had a difficult time due to MY HISTORY OF ALLERGIES. Nothing that ANYONE could help or prevent. I couldn't ask for a kinder, more compassionate Dr. to see me through this ordeal. I'll be returning to this clinic without a doubt. But.. I will NOT be spoken to like a foolish child just because I have difficulties that can't be helped.

I would like to praise all the ladies and physicians at this surgery center. I can not put into words how wonderful everyone is. No one ever acts put out or like work is just work. From the time I walked in with my Mother I was greeted by the kindest and genuinely caring person. She’s definitely made for the pretty face you see when you walk in. I honestly have never seen more happy, kind, loving women like these. I come from a surgery profession with large numbers of patients and families and they blow every person even myself out of the water with how beautifully this center works. I never have left a google review but I hope this is seen by staff, admin and physicians. You never get told enough but you are excellent at your jobs and I admire your dedication to your profession. Thank you so much for taking great care of my mother and I hope to be more like you ladies in my everyday work. Thank you again!!!

Nice clean office. Staff is professional and well organized. Arrived early and was taken back early for surgery. Nurse gave us very detailed written instructions on what to do for the next week after surgery. Doctor Judge came out also and spoke to us afterwards with instructions for after care. We were very impressed with this business. It is well ran from the pre-surgery phone calls to the after surgery details. Cataract surgery 2 1/2 hours total in the office. Excellent results.

Our mother, Beulah Harrell had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Mark Hill on 12/9/2020 at Northeast Eye Surgery Center. She cannot say enough about his professionalism as well as the friendly staff who made her feel comfortable and assured. Dr. Hill asked if he could pray with her before the surgery. The nurses who assisted made sure she was well cared for and even sang Christmas carols during the procedure. After the procedure, one of the nurses escorted Mom to the car and made sure she was securely inside the vehicle as another nurse came to the car to review post surgery care instructions. Dr. Hill met with Mom on 12/10/2020 for a post surgery visit and assured her that she's doing well. The entire experience was wonderful!
