My anesthesiologist was an absolute angel. She was so sweet and calming, even when I got taken to the procedure room and started to panic a bit with everything going on. My nurse was also so kind and understanding. I don’t think I’ve ever had better care anywhere.

I’ve been the accompanying family member on a couple occasions here. Pros: Front Desk is friendly and competent. RNs are attentive and compassionate. Drs are owners and very invested in the quality of care. Drs Stanberry and Ordonez specifically seem to have solid history of procedures under their belt. Cons: Their facility is so small that they can’t accommodate much. They have only 5 chairs in the lobby, one consultation room, limited beds and one operation room. Carpet seems old/dirty which makes me wonder about the facility conditions on the back-end. Biggest draw back (from my perspective) is that they don’t allow the required family member to go to the pre-op bed space like other surgery centers do. You don’t get to help your loved one change, secure their belongings, listen to the instructions, or be there to comfort them before surgery and be with them as they come out of anesthesia. Perhaps most important, you don’t get to hear the initial findings from the surgeon that is given as the patient is coming out of anesthesia and may not even be able to process and retain that info—very short-sighted on the part of the Physician Owners in the limitations of their facility and care. Even if they were incorporated a moment for this at the end and used the same consultation room off the lobby, it would be an improvement. As it is, you get left waiting in a small lobby and treated as the designated driver and not a care provider who could also benefit from the post-op communications. Overall, everything went well enough, but with fewer points of care and consideration for the patient compared to other providers.

Not set up for ease or convenience for their patients at all. There is no online bill pay and their website is bare bones at best. I had to pay by phone which would be fine IF they would answer the phone regularly. Overall, the service provided by the physicians was what would be expected, but the center itself needs to join the technological age in a big way.

Elyse, Shilah and Miracle were all absolutely amazing and wonderful during my last procedure that I had. Dr. Gama was also great, as always! I always appreciate how kind and compassionate the staff is here. Makes getting procedures done just a little bit easier!

I had an apt.for 9:30 and then a procedure time of 10am. I got there at 9:30 but then had to wait until almost 10:15 in the lobby. I once I got back things went much quicker. Everyone was amazing and had great personalities. Daryl the nurse that put in my IV did great! I’ve had a ton of IVs in my day and this was the best experience I’ve ever had with that so this review is for nurse Daryl. I’m giving you much props and hope if I ever have to come back to this surgery center I’ve have this same team! Good job AA spine Dr Lonser.
