I went in yesterday for a procedure. From walking in the front door , to leaving out the bsck door the staff was very nice and caring. We had a little problem with my paper work but it was solved . I am very appreciative for the way I was treated. I felt very safe being put to sleep. So professional and compassionate. Thank You team , You all are doing a fantastic job

An overall great experience, the surgeon was running behind, which does not reflect on surgical elite of Avondale. I’ve had multiple surgeries in this location. They’ve always treated me. It’s exceptionally kind, and with the knowledge I need the nursing staff preop and postop were amazing. Getting some ice at home lots of it and already up and walking without a cane or crutches.

This place is amazing. Had a procedure yesterday and everyone was so nice and helpful; from Ms. Robles who checked me in, to the two nurses pre-post op (sorry I forget your names), super friendly, communicative, and amazing bedside manner.

Had my first procedure done here today and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience, Kelly (RN) in Pre-op, I was so nervous about the IV and she got it on the first try, she was just simply amazing, she even checked up on me after my procedure. Sheila, PJ, and Dr. Eng were amazing in the procedure room and just talked to me the whole time, Dr. Eng was very nice and gentle. Brianna was my discharge nurse and she was very nice and very helpful. Oh the front office was very nice also Ivona! Thank you guys you are simply amazing!!!

I couldn’t be any happier with the care my son (3 years old) received at this location. We got there a bit early, & was able to get in right at our set appointment time, with no wait. The staff was all so helpful & reassuring the whole way through the process. Dr. Choarus was able to answer every question I had before and after my son’s surgery. He was informative of any extra information there was for me to know. He was quick with my son’s tubes, it took him less than 15 minutes to complete the entire process. The recovery nurses was sweet as pie. She made sure my boy was comfortable and loved until I was allowed back with him.
