I had a great experience here. The staff was very polite, prompt, and genuinely willing to answer all of my questions. Everyone was friendly and made the appointment feel easy and stress-free. Check-in was quick and convenient with the tablet as soon as you walk in—I was able to scan my ID and insurance card without standing in line. I only waited about five minutes before my name was called. I would absolutely recommend this office and will definitely be returning for my next appointment. Thank you for making the entire experience so smooth and easy. Thank you🙏🏽
I found it to be a good experience so far. I don't care for the self check-in. but the staff has been top notch. I can say up to this point I do recommended them . No I will have to report back after my surgery. But I feel really good about them.
All went well on my first appt. Everyone was nice! Dr Rollins recognized me from being there with someone else! I thought that was nice. I like how everything is explained abt what they will be examining!
I had my appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM. I arrived early around 11:30 AM. I checked in and sat down for maybe a minute and then the doctor called me in. Dr. Rollins. He said normally he’s not running ahead of schedule but that morning he was. So he dilated my eyes and did my annual exam and I was in and out of there by my appointment time of 12 noon. He was very friendly and kind. Happy day for everyone.
Absolutely hate kiosk check in, I was given the what I thought was the typical medical information sheet to fill out and most of it was what I just typed into the kiosk and was redundant. As for the doctor’s exam, I walked into a room that had an person sitting behind a computer very quiet and when the door closed I felt awkward silence, cracked a joke and nothing, very awkward. He did his exam and was telling me what it involved and then I was felt rushed to go the next step to set up, which I felt unsure of what was next in the process. I was introduced to a nice young lady and then was asked what date would you like to schedule the surgery. Wait what! what do you mean? I need surgery? what other options do I have? I’m not even sure if I want the surgery? Turns out she only there to schedule surgeries and I was asking questions the doctor needed to answer and she kept asking when I wanted to schedule the surgery. I finally told her that I was going to schedule the surgery until I had my questions answered. Ultimately, I left the office without scheduling and just felt weird about the whole interaction with the place.
