My wife went for a gall bladder stone surgery and after the surgery, she started feeling extreme pain. The center discharged her even though she was in extreme pain. Nurses told her that it would pain more next day. I brought her home but the pain went so extreme that I had to take her to an emergency center at night. Only after emergency guys treated her for several hours, she felt better. I do not think that gall bladders surgery can give such an extreme pain.

I had multiple procedures done at this facility and the staff was incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and even go out of their way to make you feel at home while you are there. Best experience at Banner Surgical!!

Great place, had a hard time with anesthesiologist being super late for surgery. I was in a lot pain with the meds being pushed in too quickly in my veins to knock me out. I was a 10 in pain. It didn't help with the blood pressure cluff cutting off my circulating in my same arm. Luckily I put under 20 seconds. Surgery was a success!

I had a wonderful experience with every staff member I came into contact with. Everyone was kind and patient, and made sure that I understood the process every step of the way. They also made sure that my husband knew what to expect and what I'd need help with at home. They made sure that I was ready to be discharged before sending me home instead of just kicking me out to open a bed. I have to give a special thanks to Sierra who works at the front desk. She had such a great sense of humor and was making sure everyone was smiling and laughing. That is so important for people about to go into surgery. Thank you all so much for the excellent care.

Everything was perfect! The nurses, the other staff, the anesthesiologist, and my doctor were all very attentive, caring, and thorough. I had the best care and experience here! I was sad to see someone leave them an undeserved negative because that person doesn't understand their own insurance plan. Nothing to do with this facility at all. I've had health issues all my life and I've been to many medical places over the years. These people were the very best!
