Moved out of state. Called to get details on varilux lenses for my husband's glasses. Woman unwilling to provide information. Wanted me to send in script so she could process. When I declined, she placed me on hold for 4 minutes. I called back and no one would answer the phone. Top notch customer service don't you think?

Dr. Pader performed cataract surgery on both eyes. I ended up with severe astigmatism in my right eye. Dr. Pader offered no remedy to correct the issue. After rushing me through my appointment, he suggested that I'd just have to live with it. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. Consequently, I obtained a second opinion from another ophthalmologist and was told that the lens was tilted and can either be corrected or replaced. Why didn't Dr. Pader offer this solution?

I have been going to Dr. Paydar for about 9 years. I took my father to him and my kids. I so appreciate him having 3 locations to serve his patients. I have a condition that needs monitoring and it's a pleasure visiting staff and being seen on time. Thank you Dr. Paydar and all.
