1 hour before surgery we get a call to let us know that "the system updated" and the price we were given as a the complete total was "actually 50%". So they quoted us one price up until ONE HOUR BEFORE SURGERY then called and said actually it's going to be over double what we quoted you, oops, nothing we can do. Sent my prescriptions to the wrong town twice, take 2 days to reply to anything because they shut their phones off and only reply to voicemails when they feel like it. Never, ever, again.

Switching from Northern Arizona Orthopedics in Show Low to Northern Arizona Orthopedics in Flagstaff was the best decision I could have made for my physical heath, my sanity and my time. Even though Flagstaff is nearly an hour drive further than Show Low, round trip, I saved countless hours (probably days) of my time, money and frustrations. Northern Arizona Orthopedics in Flagstaff is far superior of an organization than their counterpart in Show Low. Their care and concern for their patients heath/safety, time/money, comfort and atmosphere is second to none. The empathy and all around care shown to me and other patients while I was there was in stark contrast to the rude, impersonal, money grabbing, greed, finger pointing and two - four hour waits at the Show Low location. Not to mention getting screamed at by the Show Low locations surgery scheduler... The only thing that could improve the experience at the Flagstaff location, in my humble opinion, is if they poached PA Steven Struthers from the Show Low location and added him to the extremely professional and caring staff in Flagstaff. Steven was the only reason I endured the complete disregard for their patients for 3 years at the Show Low location. All in all if I could rate elevation surgery Center and Northern Arizona Orthopedics Flagstaff at a 10 of five stars I would because five stars does not cover just how well they treat their patients health, safety, time and all-encompassing care. Thank you elevation surgery Center and Northern Arizona Orthopedics. Shout out to Eric and Dr Mark Mellinger for doing an excellent job on me yesterday. I appreciate it more than you know. Keep up the good work.

Great staff of professionals across the board, from receptionist to nurses, anesthetist and Dr. Obrock just exhibiting professional competence from the first consultation, & NAILING a foreign body diagnosis on the MRI the Radiologist MISSED! Very friendly and professional staff. Knee Surgery went well and was very quick and efficient. I had a wonderful experience as far as surgery goes. The nurses were so kind and caring.
