I chose Dr. Scott Gibson for my ACL and meniscus surgical repair and could not be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Gibson is not only an exceptionally skilled surgeon, but also demonstrates a genuine, personable approach that immediately instilled confidence in my decison to commit to having surgery. After multiple consultations elsewhere, I felt assured in moving forward with the procedure following our first meeting. Amazing rapport! The care I received from the entire team was outstanding. Pre-operative nurses Jennifer and Jessica, my primary nurse Steph, anesthesiologists Matthew and Kellie, and post-operative nurse Ian all provided compassionate, high-quality care throughout the process. This facility is staffed by an exceptional team, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering orthopedic surgery. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience truly positive.

Recently my wife had appointments with Dr Richard Holt to treat severe her neck pain. From our experiences there, we both agree, Dr Holt is a very thorough and caring Physician, who is a person who ably explains the total procedure in lay terms besides listening and answering all questions associated with his surgery. His staff are all very kind, knowledgeable, and also thorough, with nothing but praise for Dr Holt and how he manages his patients and his staff. All his appointments are the same, with he and all his staff acting as a team, very patient oriented, providing comfort during the whole time the patients are I there, and ensuring all information is provided prior to and after he has completed his treatments. Under his direction, the Northern Arizona Healthcare Orthopedic Surgery Center functions as one unit giving total care while under his care. No one could find a better place or better people in Arizona for treating pain for sure, than Dr Holt and his team!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time! I’m posting this on my wife’s and then again on mine to boost the stars! I happen to hurt my shoulder and had to be seen here. I have a 1 year old and really was struggling to fill out paperwork and hold a baby with one hand. The X-ray staff was beyond wonderful! My daughter lost her cool and The staff was more than wonderful with her while I had to be Xrayed! These lady’s deserve a raise and all the praise! That you to your wonderful staff!

I am a current patient of the Northern Orthopedic Institute (This Company has several locations, My review is about my experience with Northern Orthopedics Institute of Arizona located Summit Center 1485 North Turquoise Drive) just having had surgery to reattach a torn bicep and as far as I'm aware everything went great.The operation staff nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologist, including Dr. Mellinger they all seem genuinely great kind, skilled good natured, they put my nervous concerns to rest. Yet there are aspects within this institution that are seemingly unorganized uncaring rude argument prone to be combative with the customer/ patient which is a great disservice to customer and those within the staff that work with great determination and skill superme and professionalism. I was sent home without a pain management plan in place. I called several times working my way through a tank of apathetic uncaring persons, finally getting a call from Dr. Mellinger, he apologized for the oversight, He promised to fix this issue yet nothing to date has happened? I'm at a loss to understand what has happened, Where is the break, the failing, the dysfunction? I don't believe Dr. Mellinger would do this intentionally for I found him to be a kind genuinely warm person with the best of intentions. Yet I find myself with a severe problem without a solution? I sit here in severe pain and seething rage at being so foolish and trusting. I called again after, Dr. Mellinger I guess forgot me, Or something went wrong? I got ahold of an after hours little creep who stonewalled me then hung up. Really? I've had major surgery and I'm not taken better care of? I may have to contact the medical board this is a shame, this could have been a story of satisfaction and triumph for Dr. Mellinger and all involved instead, I sit seething. My 6 year old daughter just had to have surgery on her arm, the staff was incredible. Everyone there from the front desk to the surgeon and anesthesiologist were professional and very caring. These people are amazing and good at what they do. She was very scared and nervous about the surgery but they did everything they could to make her comfortable and reassure her and us that everything was going to go smooth and according to plan. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
