Throughly impressed. This was the finest of fine old machines and team work. I’ve been around hospitals and surgery a lot, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. From check in(I forgot the cute brunette’s name…sorry) where they had all my info and not even a misspelled name. To my admit, where they reviewed my health history, allergies and planned surgery. The handoffs and communication between staff was stellar! Charlene, Aileen, Lynne’s, Ashley, Carl (best IV I have ever had…not even a bruise today) Val, Sue, Dr. Schindler (no chipped teeth and no sore throat) and of course Dr. Eubanks. As someone who works in healthcare, I know what it takes to get it done, well and one time. These folks have it! I would recommend this facility and this staff to anyone! Thanks for fixing me up!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The center was spotless, organized, and professional. The staff were friendly and attentive. Dr. Eubanks and the anesthesiologist were exceptional—I had no post-surgery nausea thanks to their careful planning. Everything went smoothly, and I felt completely cared for. Highly recommend!

My wife needed a bone marrow biopsy. Her oncologist recommended the Center for Advanced Surgery. On the day of the procedure, I went with her. I was impressed by the communication keeping me informed from the time my wife went in to the time the process was complete. Her nurse was very conscientious about explaining post procedure activities. I am very impressed with this surgical center.

Had my gallbladder removed here by Dr Rula. Cannot say enough about how great this center was. This was my first surgery so I was a little nervous at first, however all of the staff was kind and personable. I felt very safe. All of my questions were answered and my pain was managed well. I am a nurse and know how hesitant some docs can be about prescribing pain meds given our world today. I was expecting to have to fight for adequate pain relief after my procedure but I didn’t even need to take all of what I was sent home with. If I had a second gallbladder I would have that one removed here, too.

They don’t offer any payment plan that someone could actually afford on a monthly base. Here, they definitely put their financials before care. They are rude if you owe, and even if I try to make a payment if it’s not the amount they desire they give you the cold treatment. I was already nervous about the procedure and to have to deal with this too, was too much. I’ve been to other places like this and they have always worked with me to be able to pay any deductibles after my insurance. I would never ever come back to this place. The other surgery facilities are also clean, organized just have way way more empathy than this place.
