Here is where my ortho performed my Hip Replacement. So, I had no choice. They treated me WONDERFULLY. I would show up a couple of minutes early - but never waited. Andy was my Pre-Op test nurse. And he was out calling for me, before I could really sit down. He and I are parents, so we chatted it up. Andy worked that needle with perfect precision. He was done before we were done talking. On the day of Surgery, and Andy guided me again and got me already, so bonus to have a familiar face to talk to again. Everybody came and talked to me and did all their legal obligations with as much pleasantness as one could expect. Even the anesthesiologist made pleasant with me. Nothing against the wonderful folks in the operating, but I'm sure you understand how quickly forgotten you all are. But, 2 hours later, alive and well. I doubt the nurse who is responsible for waking you up can legally be held accountable for her methods. I think she was nice and sweet? But coming up from under anesthesia? Snow White would be earning my ire with that infernal singing. And then they put me on my way. I assume everything was wonderful.

My 5 year old son recently had surgery here with Valley ENT. The surgery center staff is very help and kind. My son was very nervous, and they did a great job with him. The facility was very clean and was much less stressful than a traditional hospital. I would be. repeat customer and recommend to other patients.

The staff was nice, but the billing process has been a nightmare. I was charged for a deductible that had already been paid. They have admitted many times they owe me a hefty refund (even with exact amounts), but no one can figure out why the check has not been cut. It has been 5 months since the overcharge and almost 2 since insurance paid them. So they have been paid double for one visit. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I would be sent right back to the person who didn’t know what was wrong. It’s sad that I will have to switch doctors now to avoid using the surg center in the future.

Great nursing staff...my adult son had a torn bicep tendon and used this facility for his surgery. they took care of my sons needs with love and care, very kind and professional nurses. Cant say enough...unlike a large hospital this surgery center was quiet, convenient and comfortable. I Wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone .

I had knee surgery here 2 weeks ago. My visit was good. Place was clean and my pre-op nurse was nice. The front office lady was very friendly and helpful as well. My only complaint was that my recovery nurse gave me 2 percocet on an empty stomach, so the rest of my day was spent over a bucket. IV pain meds wouldve been much easier. Overall tho, they were good.
