The staff and nurses were great during my family members surgery. The facility was very clean and the waiting room seats were comfortable. There is complimentary water for the patient's driver waiting. There is a also a vending machine with snacks and drinks if needed. There was plenty of parking including many handicapped parking spaces.

The best experience from the time I checked in for my surgery! Everyone from Brittany to loralee to my anesthesiologist to Dr brown was so amazing! I was so scared and they all put my mind at ease. They best surgery staff I've ever had and I've had quite a few surgeries! They all had a calming energy for someone nervous like myself, which calmed me down. So grateful for banner surgery center and the core for such amazing doctors... Thank you so much to the entire staff that helped me out December 30th... You guys are all awesome!

Had an absolutely amazing experience today. From check in with the sweetest person Kelsy, the anesthesiologist who was so kind and put me at ease, my incredible surgeon Dr Scott, op nurse Rachel and my preop and post op nurse nurse Taylor who was so genuine and professional. The center is clean and the play list was perfect. Thank you for helping me, my ankle and my crazy anxiety. I highly recommend this facility.

Well, where to begin…. We are currently at the surgery center after going back and forth yesterday 8/6/25 for around 3 hours they finally tell us that we can be billed the $1800, because deductible is pending and will be paid at 100%. They had the financial lady double check coverage and all. So we get here 30 minutes earlier than told to be. The front desk lady calls the office manager named Oralia Fernandez who then basically makes us feel even worse by saying “well I’m the office manager and it wasn’t me” . She asked for the number of the person who we spoke to back and forth yesterday and when we gave the phone number she’s like yea that’s our office. So we continued to ask, So are you saying you can’t do the surgery (even though yesterday we were told this is a STAT fracture and couldn’t wait on the payment) she says “I’m not saying we can’t do it, I’m saying we need the payment, there are lots of STAT fractures and if we don’t collect payment we don’t do surgery. Then proceeds to tell us that there are PLENTY of other surgery centers that are CHEAPER maybe we can schedule there. As if we CHOSE this particular place! unbelievable, at this point I am crying because my poor husband has been treated horribly leading up to this and it’s already been nearly 3 weeks since this all started. So the office manager comes in and they decide somehow that my husband doesn’t need to pay and we can proceed. WHY even put a patient/Family through that, especially when we handled it yesterday BEFORE even coming! It doesn’t help that I am a REHAB nurse and work with patients in my husbands predicament DAILY post surgery. We NEVER turn patients away for the ability to pay ever, and BANNER doesn’t either! Not only are they making Banner look horrible as an entity but the other patients waiting were appalled too. I will NEVER recommend this surgery center to ANY of my future patients and not because the Surgeon isn’t qualified but because of the way this was handled. If this surgery center EXPECTS payments prior to, the surgery should have been canceled when we told them YESTERDAY we did not have 1800$ instead of trying to make us feel undeserving of a surgery that is necessary to be able to walk, and making a complete FOOL of us, over a payment. Also, I would have been able to add the front desk persons name, but when I told her I was making a complaint she turned her badge around. Very professional. I just started to read reviews apparently this surgery center has billing issues ALOT. Go figure…. ETA: So I’m sitting here in between the 2 doors minding my own business while my husband is back getting ready for surgery. The CEO Amy and Oralia comes out and reiterates that their staff never told us that we could be billed yesterday ( but they did ) and the CEO advised me that my husband applied for a credit card so that’s how they were able to take him back to have the surgery, …. I asked more than once why are they out here bothering me and they just continued. The CEO is an RN how awful that someone whom is supposed to be the calm in the storm but instead comes out to antagonize a patients wife while her husband is under anesthesia getting surgery…. So they convinced my poor husband who has NO other choice but to get this surgery to get a credit card for a bill that’s going to be paid at 100% and I WILL be following up and they WILL refund that 1800 or I will take this whole place to court! I will also be reporting Amy to the nursing board for coming back outside and chastising me after everything was settled. Very unnecessary Very unprofessional

When I arrived the staff greeted me and took my registration really easy. The pre-op nurse made sure I was comfortable before the surgery. The anesthesiologist was very helpful and letting me know what was going to happen. The nurses attended to my every need, we're kind and understanding. The operating doctor was phenomenal he guided me through the procedure and aftercare. After the surgery the nurse helped me get ready all the way till I had my ride pick me up, and she escorted me to the vehicle. Overall I had a amazing experience at this location and recommend to anyone :-).
