The wait time has been mentioned by many. 2 to 3 hours for 5 minutes with a doctor is unacceptable. The testing mentioned also takes less than 5 or 10 minutes, so the net wait time is 3 hours, with 10 or 15 minutes with the staff. I have the utmost respect for the doctors and staff but the process of scheduling is simply not customer friendly. Yesterday is an example. I had an appointment with a doctor set up for February but made in November as a surgery follow-up. I had a call asking to move from AM to PM and I accepted. Five minutes later, I received a call to cancel that appointment and reschedule. Unfortunately, I will be out of town on the proposed date so they offered a date 4 months after my surgery with no options, no call back and no ability to speak with a manager of some sort to correct the problem. I asked for a call back this morning and so far NONE! Frustrated, disappointed and unhappy, not with the doctors but with the "system"!

My experience at this place was, bar none, the best. The personnel were very proficient in performing their jobs while being cordial with a smile. They were very coordinated and efficient and I did not feel unattended at any time. When the Doctor entered, he went straight to business and when all was said and done I felt fully informed of my diagnosis and one that I could completely understand. Eye look forward to my next checkup at this facility and their team. P.S. I'm 67 years old and had cataract surgery in both eyes years ago, done by another group.
