I wish I could give this place zero stars. They have terrible communication skills. I had a procedure scheduled with Vijungco that needed to be cancelled due to me being ill and it was rescheduled. Well, the rescheduled date comes and somehow without me knowing, my procedure time was switched to an hour earlier without my knowledge. I confronted them about the situation and they stated that someone had called and left me a voicemail. Well they never stated a time and I still have the voicemail. So they had to push my appointment back to the original time where it should have been. I travel 40 minutes just to get here and start getting set up only to be cancelled. “Emergency with another patient” was the reason. Was told nobody could come and speak with me even though I’m having major issues and that’s why the procedure is needed. So as I sit here in the waiting room waiting on my ride seeing as I couldn’t drive myself here, I made an appointment to see another vascular surgeon for tomorrow. Maybe it was meant to be that this doctor did not touch me. Had he did, I’d probably be the one having the emergency. Also, pulling up to the location, there was a staff member, I’m assuming anesthesia was hanging out the door in PPE vaping. Not a good look.

I have had several procedures done at Discover Vein and I’m very pleased with the results and staff. Dr. V and his PA Nicole and nurse Sarah were very professional and competent. I’m glad I chose them for my vein needs! Highly recommend.

I had surgery back in August 2019. Recovery was tougher than I had been told to expect, but that’s not a big deal. Surgery went well and my leg is much better now. However they were not upfront with the pricing. Before the surgery I asked very specifically to have the whole price for everything, they gave me a price and I asked in person to confirm “this includes everything? All visits afterwards, anesthesia, everything?” They said yes. Then I was told to pay more at the follow up visit after surgery. I mentioned that I was told I didn’t have to pay anymore to which they responded “no, that’s not accurate, you owe $___ more today.” Frustrating but whatever. I paid all of that off with a payment plan over a year or so. One day they called me and said “sorry we’ve overcharged you, we owe you money.” Which was nice of them to catch it and call me to let me know. It was all good. THEN, 3 YEARS later they call me today (11/18/22) saying I owe them $1,000! What do I even do? This is so ridiculous. What a circus of a billing department. I can’t believe it. I’m in shock.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had surgery on both legs in Feb. One of them was mostly likely botched. I've been in pain ever since and all my followup appt have been cancelled by them. I would not recommend going to this practice unless your life depends on it. But there are a lot of other office out there.
