Doctor Gill is a very caring person. He explains everything so I understand. Most importantly he is a listener. I have been going to him for several years. He works on a problem until solved. I would recommend highly recommend him.

Had a loop recorder from them. It stopped working early on after the installation. I brought it in to the office. They had it for a couple months and wanted me to try it again. Brought it home and nothing. Still didn’t work. I called the manufacturer and gave them the serial number and they told me I have someone else’s monitor. They gave me the wrong one! The company sent me another refurbish monitor and it didn’t work either. Now they send me a bill for $7000.00. This is insane!!!

I live approximately 2 hours away from the Mesa practice. I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment. I was told that the physician was not seeing patients because their system was down. Furthermore, I was told that he was not even in the office — apparently at the hospital. I complained about no contact (no text, missed call, or voicemail) visible on my phone. They claimed that the tried to make contact but had no proof of it. The claim is that the physician will be back in approximately 45 minutes. We’ll see. Meantime other people are arriving and checking in. Maybe they don’t have to see a physician. All the above being said my physician did show up and we had IMO a good session, and I’m glad that ii waited. Also to add the front office staff was kind.

This is a great practice. Medicine has become such big business, but the staff at SWCVA seem to be working hard to keep the relational human element in it. Everyone is kind, professional and patient. I really appreciate that they wear name tags & introduce themselves when they enter the exam rooms. Overall, working with them to maintain my health is a great experience.

What an amazing clinic, the facility and the customer service is absolutely amazing and superb! The staff was so friendly ober the phone and in person. Dr. Was amazing and very helpful! I'm very happy I brought my grandfather here, I highly recommend this clinic and staff..
