The surgeon we saw here was great. But women who answer the phones & handle the billing are incompetent. They can’t email an itemized bill. They can’t correct a misspelled name. They give inaccurate information. They don’t keep consistent notes in ur file so u have to explain your situation multiple times. The last girl I talked to said she can’t email a bill but someone else could. I asked why, she said, I don’t know, have a good day & hung up.
I wanted to wait a few weeks after my surgery just to make sure there were no issues, and I'm happy to say recovery is going well, and I'm very pleased with their facility. I was treated very well, the staff was great and the whole process was just a few hours. They were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable.
I’ve been here twice now. The front desk lady is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. Most of the nurses are incredibly kind and the anesthesiologist I’ve had both times is very kind and funny which helps put you at ease. (I am terrified of going under because I’m scared I won’t wake up). My first time was smooth, great nurses, no complications, no pain or residual effects very patient with my confusion and slowness upon waking. Excellent. This last time has left me leery about having to go back for one more procedure. I was treated like a pin cushion while they searched for a vein for my IV and I now have multiple painful bruises. I was left sitting up in a strange position for recovery and it’s resulted in horrible neck and shoulder pain which has triggered a 2 day migraine now. My throat is bruised and scraped up and I was unable to speak for a day. I don’t feel like myself at all this time. The last thing probably isn’t on the center itself but I was given a mega dose injection of antibiotics as a “preventative” measure when I am allergic to most antibiotics on the market, I did not give consent nor did the family member who was with me. I literally feel like I was in a car accident I am in so much pain, I had a NON invasive procedure done, a procedure I’d had done before and none of this occurred. It makes me hesitant to have the final procedure for fear of feeling this awful again. I’ve literally been crying I hurt so bad, I believe my unconscious body was mishandled leading to these injuries of my neck, shoulders and throat.
I had a great experience here. The staff is professional and works so well together as a team. They are attentive and helpful when I got nervous before surgery they took good care of me after. My fiancé had a good experience in the waiting room and we were both very comfortable with the whole experience. Thank you for making a scary time easier
I had a great experience here. No issues with insurance and was taken back very quickly. The healthcare workers were all very nice and good conversationalists, which helped me feel less anxious. Had a tonsillectomy and an emergency surgery to get it cauterized a week later and both experiences were great. The emergency surgery was very last minute but they managed to get me in and it was quick. I was very surprised and couldn’t have had a better experience here.
