My husband had a Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement by Dr. Christopher Stevens in September. I was very impressed with the quality of care and professionalism of all the staff. I am a retired surgical RN and highly recommend this facility. Dr. Stevens is an excellent surgeon and explained everything to me post-op. Nora Sanchez FNP was so helpful in scheduling the procedure with all the difficulty with insurance. Dr. Yale was great, and the nerve block lasted almost 36 hours. Lindsey, the O.R. nurse explained everything thoroughly. Thanks to Jess at the front desk, David and Sara the preop nurses and Val the pacu nurse.

As a farmer and martial artist, my arm function is vital. After all other treatments failed for my severe lateral epicondylitis and tendon tear, Dr. Stevens at Tucson Orthopedic Institute performed surgery. The staff at Oro Valley Surgical Center, especially head nurse David, were exceptionally professional and caring. The surgery was perfect, and my physical therapy is progressing well. Highly recommend!

I had a positive experience here. I was there for foot surgery (fusing my big toe). The receptionist was super nice. She was friendly and professional. She had all my paperwork ready for me before I even arrived. My arrival time was 9:30 and I was called back by 9:45. The nursing staff was nice and willing to accommodate me. Prepping me for surgery was easy (I am a very compliant patient). All my questions were answered. Deb was my OR nurse. She was wonderful. After the surgery, Adriana was my recovery nurse. She helped me to the restroom and provided me with as much water as I needed (I was parched). She wheeled me out to the car and helped me in. The staff here were very nice. It was clear to me that they truly cared for their patients. My sincerest gratitude to everyone involved in my care.

I had a hip replacement here and was amazed and the care I got from pre-op to recovery. Doris did my pre-op and was so caring the whole time. Dr Bowers did my hip and Dr Escalante was my anesthesiologist. He answered my questions and even gave me new information. Very attentive during the whole process. Lindsay was my Op-nurse and again very caring and attentive to my questions and needs. the whole time I felt they really did care about taking care of me. Great experience!
