I was extremely impressed with this facility and staff! Professional, CLEAN, the medical professionals providing the care and testing took the time to be explain things in great detail and answer all my questions - some outside of the scope but related to the procedure and diagnostic process. The staff at every point in the process from checking in to recovery are friendly and helpful. The organization and cooperative collaboration among them made things move smoothly and efficiently. One of the best experiences I have ever had when having to navigate through something healthcare related. The NP, Nurses, and Anesthesiologist top notch!

My three year old had to have a rock removed from his ear and this was the most wonderful place to have this done at. All of the nurses were so lovely and kind to my son, who was definitely a bit scared about the whole process. It was quick and even though my son was not happy when he woke up, they offered Gatorade and popsicles and that helped him feel better. We left with minimal tears and well wishes from everyone we came into contact with. Heaven forbid I have to come back, but if I do I know we will be taken care of. Thank you staff and Dr. Chiara for taking care of my little guy! We so appreciate everyone’s kindness

Very sad experience for me and my baby.. so heart breaking and my 4 year old who is very advanced. Is now traumatized.. 😔 they made it sound like such a kid friendly place.. then, when my son woke up from after the procedure. It was like no one had been around a kid. They were rushing to shove water or ice pop. Down my son throat so they can get him out and put the next kid in his bed. I left crying, my mom comforting me and my 4 year old.. wasn’t the dr, she was great. Definitely the nurses need more training.. 😔 So sad, that now my son hates any drs, including his PCP office..
