Unfortunately, I had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life at this surgery center on 11/9/21. I had a 3 1/2 breast reconstruction and lift. The pre-op went well, but post op care was less than adequate. My husband was called from the parking lot only 28 minutes after surgery to pull the car up to get me in 20 minutes (just a short 48 minutes after intense surgery). I was still very out of it, sleepy, groggy, and nauseas. I was unable to open my eyes and was not anywhere close to stable to leave. They did not allow my husband to come back, so no one could advocate for me. After throwing up and delaying the pick up time and still unable to open my eyes, I was dressed and placed in wheelchair incoherent and taken to curb. I was not given any pain management, even knowing we had a 1 hour drive home and had to go to pharmacy to pick up medication. It was the most traumatic and painful drive I have ever had in my life. I can't believe anyone ever would let a patient leave their surgery center in the condition I was in. It was so disrespectful in every way. I would steer clear of this place, or at minimum, find out step by step what they plan for your post op. Maybe this was unusual for them, but it did happen. I sent a grievance letter asking for reimbursement from and it was denied. Although they didn't take responsibility on their part, my hope is this never happens again to anyone.

I went in for surgery on 7/23/2021 i was greeted at the door by a very nice staff member she was doing temperature checks and co id questionnaire the registration people were amazing. My nurses Rebekah Sean, Shay and a couple of other people were absolutely amazing, caring and helped me out so much before surgery and in my recovery the anesthesiologist was very sweet and caring i would come back here again if i ever had to have surgery and definitely recommend them to anyone needing surgery. They are amazing people.

I’ve had two different surgeries here now and every time has been a great experience! The staff has always been very efficient but patient and super kind and empathetic! The pre-op to the post-op staff has always been very nice and has made me feel very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this surgery center.

I visited this center yesterday and it was amazing. Everyone is so helpful, supportive and really understands how nervous surgey are. The nurses, receptionist, anesthesiologist, and of coarse Dr. Lillie made everything run smoothly. Cannot wait to undress my surgery to look at my procedure. I would recommend this facility to anybody. ❤️
