The front desk administrators were very welcoming upon arrival. The nursing staff made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had about my procedure and aftercare. Dr. Tran showed his professionalism and kept me informed during the procedure.. I was also very pleased with the facility. Thank you to the nursing staff and especially to Dr. Tran.

The Doctor and Nursing assistants are great but the administration is TERRIBLE!! No one answers the phone, they don't return calls and appointments are made last minute! It takes leaving multiple messages and an average of 3 to 4 days to get a return call. Pretty consistent BAD Service!
