Very professional healthcare group. Every staff member that I interacted with, from early AM check-in through the procedure snd immediate aftercare was welcoming and friendly. The office followed up with me at home after procedure. I felt well cared for.
As everyone knows, when a Endoscopy office asks you to share your thoughts on their performance ,it's always good for future visitors. If you have any intrepedation of a colonostopy procedure just set those things aside, because they were extremely nice and very matter of fact about the procedure so you weren't hinder by your own reservations. It all went well, whileI I was conscious, and I would encourage anyone to go through the examination knowing that the results will help your overall health picture.
Very efficient, thorough and professional experience. It's not the most pleasant thing in the world, but it's necessary and all of the staff, from check in to walking me to my ride home was exemplary. Dr. Rao is top notch and Iris the post op nurse was great too. Everyone was. Definitely recommend them... See you in 5 years for sure!!!! Daniel C. Scottsdale
This place is close to my home which is great. The staff are friendly and courteous. I had fallen the night before and fractured my left clavicle but was able to go through the procedure. It went smoothly 😊. I'll be referring people to this place when a colonoscopy is needed.
Overall great experience! Had an EGD/ colonoscopy and was in and out in 2 hours. Loved the Medical staff, especially Diana RN. Dr Gullinson has been so efficient and wonderful helping me get answers for my GI issues. The facility improvement I’d suggest would be better lighting in the lobby bathroom. It was very dark and even though I am in my 40’s and it was safe for me, most of the waiting room was 65+. Especially if someone was to need the restroom after a procedure involving anesthesia. The only disappointment with this place was the front desk staff member. She asked about who was picking me up and if they are ok to come in. I agreed yes it was my husband and that I wanted him to come in and help me out to the car. She agreed to this plan. When my husband arrived she told him he had to wait in the car. The staff did help me out to the car, but the problem with this was they told me things inside after my procedure and gave me paperwork I apparently put in my purse that I didn’t even know I had until the next day because I was still under anesthesia at that time. So that was very frustrating. They need to tell the coherent person the information after a procedure like this. Also the front desk staff member was not very patient or kind to an elderly gentleman who was having trouble filling out his paperwork.
