Surgery scheduled without mine or the doctors knowledge, I only found out because they called to confirm less than a week before. Arrived to no accommodations for myself or wheelchair. The charge nurse told me they usually only serve ambulatory people, which sounded very much to me like I was unwelcome due to my condition. They did not have any equipment for appropriate chair transfers, according to the charge nurse their mesa location does but for some reason I was knowingly referred by their doctor to this specificly ill equipeed clinic. My group home staff had to help complete the transfer which felt like it was a potential liability to the clinic itself as well as had I gone unaccompanied I feel I would not have been helped at all due to the need for chair to bed transfer. Surgery was not completed due to needing greater care than was possible for an outpatient procedure per the doctor. General lack of communication from front desk despite multiple calls from me to schedule my follow up appointment. And no kind of pre-op appointment or instructions given for my safety. It would have been exceedingly helpful to know I was not in need of anesthesia so I could have taken my daily medications and had a solid breakfast, amongst other complaints. I would like to see something changed in their online questionnaire given before the appointment to indicate being non ambulatory or otherwise bed bound so that in the future other wheelchair users are not excluded from appropriate care. The surgery scheduler people suck and do not do their jobs. Their entire job is to schedule surgeries for every patient who comes to this office. I have been waiting for 6 weeks just to even get something on the books. Someone called ONCE three weeks ago. That was the only call I ever received. These people are supposed to keep calling until they get a response from either the patient or their emergency contact. I have messaged through FollowMyHealth several times and my mom has wasted countless hours calling, leaving messages, and doing everything else we can think of. All for nothing. This is beyond exhausting.

I came here for a diagnostic procedure and they wouldn’t allow me to get it until I paid around $3,300 which I later found out was an overcharge of almost $1600 going from my insurance. The worst part is they knew I had that credited and the only reason I found out was two months later I called about the discrepancy. TLDR, always request an itemized receipt with this business after service. Very likely they overcharged you an obscene amount. Or better yet don’t come here. That’s your best bet Update as of 03/19: I still have not received the check for my refund which has now taken 2 months now to receive. So four months total, counting how long they knew I had a refund in the first place. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your time or your money on this sham of a center for health.

I was trying to get a new patient consultation but after 5 different cancellations by these folks I just gave up. First time the Dr had an emergency and needed to cancel … fine that happens. No problem we rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Day before the 2nd appointment (which I had made for the Osborn office) I get a call that the Dr is actually scheduled to be in the Mesa office that day …. if I wanted to drive out to Mesa then we could keep the appointment otherwise would have to reschedule again. They didn’t know this when I made the appointment?? Nope please reschedule this time with a different staff member. Third time was another staff emergency. Fourth time I never got a reason why just that we needed to reschedule. The straw that broke the camels back was that I had an appointment at the Osborn office but apparently the Dr I was scheduled to see only sees male patients at the Mesa office. Huh? They didn’t know that when I scheduled the appointment? I give up. You should too.

Dr. Kalinowski was great, but a month after my appointment with him I still don't have scans scheduled. The phone tree is ridiculous - you can't call directly to your office, you have to go through the longest phone tree of all time. Then you wait 20-30 minutes. if you are lucky to get someone, they still don't solve the problem. I have been trying to get a scan scheduled. Apparently there is only one person who can do that and after having made 4 calls and left 4 messages this week alone, still no call back. I literally do not know what to do or how to get the follow up taken care of.
