I decided to see pain management I suffer from PH I have unbearable pain this was my worst experience with Dr Nicholas & it started when he prescribed pain meds to me I take clonazepam because I get tremors & anxiety daily if I don’t take it. Mr. Nicholas never told me I couldn’t take it with oxycodone he just said he would not prescribe it to me so I told him that was ok cause my ph dr was going to continue to fill it for me. He never said I couldn’t take them together as I’ve been for 16+ years. He also saw that my dr called a Rx in to Walmart witch I never picked up cause I moved to Willcox my Rx was sent to the wrong pharmacy so he accused me of filling Rx at different pharmacy. Very disappointed at the way I was treated & accusing me of filling Rx at different pharmacies. The only Rx I take are the ones prescribed to me I’m very careful of what I take & I don’t abuse my prescriptions. I will be filing a complaint of the un necessary mis treatment of Nicholas Elkins!

I had a back injury 11 years ago and this year, the pain has been unbearable. I had my first appointment with Dr. Elkins a week ago and he suggested the best option at this time would be for a epidural to help ease the pain. Dr. Elkins took the time to explain in detail the results of my MRI as well as explain the procedure. Dr. Elkins and his staff have been absolutely amazing.

Wonderful office and staff! I was seen promptly by both the PA and Dr Elkin. They addressed my issue and had a solution immediately in play. I returned within a week for the procedure which was nearly pain free and and I'm praying it will be as successful as we all hope. But so far so good. ( only a few days out) Thank you Pain Institute

The facility was very clean and also very helpful and polite. And most importantly professionals they knew what they were doing. And also Doctor Alkin he also is gentle when he does treatment, l recommend this Doctor to everyone for sure. The staff are great. Appreciate everything they do.
