Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Epidural Steroid InjectionsSteroid medication is injected near irritated spinal nerve roots to calm inflammation causing sciatica or arm pain. Often used to make physical therapy tolerable rather than as a standalone cure. There are limits on how frequently they can be repeated.Nerve Block InjectionsAnesthetic, sometimes with steroid, is injected around a specific nerve to interrupt pain signals. Used both to treat pain and to identify its source, since relief from a precisely placed block points to the nerve responsible.Radiofrequency AblationHeat generated by radio waves disables the small nerves carrying pain signals from an arthritic spinal joint. Relief commonly lasts six months to two years. Because the nerves regenerate over time, the procedure can be repeated.Spinal Cord StimulationA device delivers mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord to interrupt chronic pain signals before they reach the brain. A temporary trial period is done first, so you can judge the benefit before committing to a permanent implant.Joint InjectionsSteroid or lubricating medication is injected directly into an arthritic or inflamed joint. Image guidance is often used to confirm placement. Relief typically lasts weeks to months and can make physical therapy more productive.Trigger Point InjectionsA local anesthetic is injected into a taut, tender knot of muscle to break the spasm-and-pain cycle. The appointment takes minutes and you can usually return to normal activity the same day.

I went to Banner Surgical Center for my shoulder surgery, I received the best care that I have ever had at this health care facility. The staff made me feel comfortable and explained every part of the procedure making sure I understood what was happening. I would highly recommend considering this facility for your care.

Dr. William Stickney, DO and Banner Surgery Center deserve 5 stars without a doubt. I was just there on September 15, 2025 to get a total hip replacement on my right side. I was very nervous going in, I’m only 38 years old. Everyone did an excellent job no complaints.

This place is just awesome, no other way to explain it. I've had two hip replacements at this facility within a 3-month period. Both left and right side. When I found out my second surgery was going to be at the same facility I was super stoked, and when I got there and Amy and Hazel was the first two I saw, I knew I was in good hands, AGAIN. Also got to give my props to Julissa and registration, the RN in the operating room, Sion. And definitely can't forget my surgical tech who was also my recovery nurse when I was sent to P.A.C.U whose name if I'm not mistaken was Taslay(forgive me if I spelled it wrong). I cannot remember for the life of me the name of the anesthesiologist but she was there for both my surgeries, she too was awesome and I am so grateful for the staff and the facility, you guys and gals are all awesome.

I absolutely love and had a great experience with the staff that provided medical care. I trust and love both Dr. Toth and his PA. I really felt pressured by billing and requirements from the billing staff. I was called less than three days before my surgery which was not elective and told I would need to pay thousands of dollars before surgery or it would be cancelled. Was told payment arrangements could be changed once insurance paid, not true. Was given six different numbers to call about my account… only one could find my account but rep wasn’t able to do anything and said I would get a call back before end of the day from someone higher up to help me, didn’t happen. Staff are not trained or given the same directives for patient calls because was told several false answers. Surgery staff was phenomenal, customer service not so much why the rating is down the middle!
