Had a great experience here with a recent cardiology appointment. One of things I love is when you make an appointment w Mayo they automatically add you to a waitlist to be seen sooner. Very nice. Campus very nice and clean. Check in process very smooth they have multiple check in windows and people there to help you. I waited less than 5 min to get my EKG and then met with the dr shortly after that. He wrote down all of my questions and concerns and addressed each individually until I was satisfied. The mayo app is also great. Results from tests are posted same day and my dr put his comments in 24 hours after that. I will be recommending Mayo to my family and friends and while I hope to not have to be seen here much in the future I know that if I do I’ll be in good hands and have a pleasant medical experience.

My dad went to Mayo Clinic because they are supposed to be the best, but our experience has been the exact opposite. He is battling cancer, yet instead of feeling cared for, it feels like they are using him as a test subject. There has been a serious lack of compassion, communication, and doctor follow-up. For a place with such a reputation, we expected quality care and empathy — instead, we’ve been left with disappointment and frustration during one of the hardest times of our lives. Families deserve better than this. Do better !!!

Amazing staff.....amazing facilities. Wish I could get a primary in that office with out waiting two years though....long time to wait for a good doctor. I would give five stars if I didn't have to wait to get healthy. The nature trail is amazing easy hike
