Not a lot of waiting at all. Even the check-in process was a breeze and full of banter. This must be a great place to work, congrats to the owners on creating this environment!

I’m older and not interested in confusion these days. Just want to get it done. Everything went well with my colonoscopy. Waiting area wasn’t packed full of patients like most offices are. There wasn’t page after page of repeated information to fill out for the tenth time. The front desk staff was very pleasant and knew what needed to be done quickly. Front waiting time was very short. Didn’t need to bring a book or phone cause there was no time to look at either one. No confusion in the back clinic area. Staff appeared to know what their job was and had personal information about me and made sure there were no changes that needed updated. Anesthesiologist had information on how well I handled anesthesia in the past and informed me of how it would go this time. Seen the doctor before the colonoscopy and after waking up. Doctor made sure I understood what was found or not found before I left the clinic. Staff made sure I had a ride home with someone responsible. My time at this clinic was definitely stress free.

I went to Sun City Endoscopy for a routine procedure. This place is a well oiled machine. Filled out some quick paperwork upon my arrival, was called back shortly after finishing. I was greeted by a nurse who got me prepared for procedure, when ready the anesthesiologist and another nurse came in to explain their participation in procedure. Lastly, but most importantly Dr Hutchinson came in and briefly explained procedure, wished me a nice nap and I was wheeled in to the procedure room. Before I knew it another nurse was assisting me with aftercare and follow up. My husband pulled the car up and I was escorted outside. All of this was done with kindness, respect and efficiency. I would highly recommend Sun City Endoscopy Center.
