I was asked to pay a set amount up front, which I did. Three months after the procedure I got a bill for the entire procedure, showing insurance basically covered nothing. And my payment was nowhere applied. I then got an EOB from the anesthesiologist showing he billed $21,000 for a 20 minute colonoscopy. They walk you out after the procedure, no wheelchair. And you go down a couple stairs. They just tell you to hang onto the rail. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

This place runs like a ford assembly line. Not personal or caring what so ever. Cold staff. You get zero direction, they called my husband back like he was about to get an ice cream cone and a sticker and be on his way. I had to intervene and ask what was happening... is he going for his procedure now? The lady said yeah, say goodbye. Lol ok. Just not good care, get in and get out. That's how everyone is treated
