I’ve never had such a poor experience with a medical facility until now. I was scheduled for out patient procedure in January. Then I received a letter a couple of days before my appointment stating my appointment has been moved to March in the middle of the week. No call, no text, No email just the letter. I thought no problem at least I have another appointment already set up. I show up to the facility on Swan and camp Lowell on the day and time I was scheduled and the doors are locked and nobody around. I call the number and speak to the appointment staff. She confirms I have an appointment but then tells me we have to reschedule again. She tells me her manager Paula will call me right away. Never heard from anyone. I can’t speak for the doctors here because I didn’t get to see one but the scheduling department is inept at best. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of AZ Urology Specialist.

Awesome urology center. The nursing staff and sterile processing were awesome and nice! Helpful, Super clean, and on time, in and out. Would rather here than the office clinics.

They asked my wife to show up an hour earlier and she ended up being the last person to be called back ! After waiting for me re than an hour ,The front office registration person finally told the another lady who would come and get patients to take her back and she said no, she will have the wait! Ridiculous and very unprofessional.
