Overall good place. Dr Petro is fantastic and I always trust his skill. The turnover in the nursing staff hasn't been favorable, but seems like one bad apple in an otherwise great crew. Try to get in early or expect a longer wait.

Excellent care from start to finish. Everyone who helped me was intelligent, respectful, caring and professional. I was impressed with how many of the staff worked there for many years and how knowledgeable they are about the many procedures preformed there. Not only was the staff friendly with me but also with each other. Their warmth lead to me feeling calm and having a safe experience. I've had two surgeries there and wouldn't hesitate to have more.

Excellent staff, everyone from the front desk to the RN’s, anesthesiologist, and of course my surgeon. Best outpatient surgical care I have experienced over a number of years. I am a RN so I set the bar high.

I had an issue with severe arthritis in my left hip. 1 wwk prior, Diana was great with my EKG and answering questions about the procedure. The day of the surgury, I hobbled in at 9am and walked out at 3pm! Dr Petrow, was great! Julia and Savannah were wonderful assisting prior to and afterwards. At 4 weeks post op, all is great. Thanks for all you do and Merry Christmas!

Their Mako robot broke during my knee surgery, so they had to repeat the surgery a week later. In addition to losing an extra week of work, this meant I couldn't get a full dose of the nerve block, so I woke up in great pain. Then they had the gall to bill me an extra $800 seven months later. The nurses were awesome, so it bums me out to share this review. But you deserve to know.
