I had a procedure done at Tucson Endoscopy Center and had a truly positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, informed, and well cared for. Julie, Kelly, and Olivia were the RNs who looked after me with kindness and patience. Katrina, the tech, was supportive and helped everything go smoothly. Dr. Strobel, the anesthesiologist, explained things clearly and helped me feel calm. Dr. Cristiana Bortuzzo, the physician, was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to answer all my questions. It can be stressful going in for a procedure like this, but their team made all the difference. I felt safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. If you need a colonoscopy or a similar procedure, I highly recommend Tucson Endoscopy Center.

Today I had my upper GI done with Dr Goldstein and my nurse was such a amazing woman and I told her I was going to be a very hard stick because of all the weight I lost and she was up for the challenge. She didn't hurt me not once and when she couldn't get it she had two more nurses try and we finally got it! Tbh this was a great experience especially with Northwest hospital staff they were all amazing and compassionate and friendly people.

They were busy, so there was a wait, but that's not their fault. I was in yesterday, 3/20/23 for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I literally could not have asked for a better experience. 100% of the staff were professional, friendly and well rounded. The I.V. was virtually painless, everything went amazing. Dr. Goldstein is a great guy as well as all of the staff there. This was my first ever interaction with a G.I. Dr. and it couldn't have gone better.

The Tucson Endoscopy Center was light years ahead of the similar services available in my area. The staff was very helpful and congenial. This is important, simply due to the fact it should be the norm anywhere, but those coming here certainly are bringing with them inherit discomfort based upon the overnight preparation. The interior was clean, excellent privacy oriented areas and overall communication with us about our status. It's nice not to be rushed out of the recovery area! The only problem encountered was discussed with a supervisor a few days later. A satisfactory resolution was reached.
