As their IT partner, we’ve enjoyed working with this team. They’re friendly, proactive, and clearly committed to keeping everything running smoothly so their patients get the care they need.

Besides the wait to go into surgery (I understand that I’m not the only patient who exists), I could not have asked for a better experience and better care than I received from the medical staff, and my highly skilled surgeon, Dr McCarty. I had my closure done here after Mohs surgery near my eye today. I’m very pleased with the result so far. All of the women (and 1 man ;)) who took care of me today were professional, warm and compassionate.

Please never get surgery here, I am a teenager and I had my first ever surgery here. It is the reason I have trauma. They had promised I would have a female nurse in the operating room with me (cuz my surgeon creeped me out) , and would not let my mother go in the room with me. At the last second they had a male nurse inside the room instead of the female nurse they had promised . AND they wouldn't let me ask for a female anesthesiologist, despite this person having to see my chest and my expressed discomfort with that. This place is so unprofessional and does not listen to the needs of its patients.

The Surgery center denied my mother the ability to have her health care representative with her prior to surgery even though the representative was fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

I've had 2 great experiences. The staff and Dr. Carter were great. They are caring, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and in this trying time very professional, and patient. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. I chose Dr. Carter, due to past experiences of office visits and surgeries that I took my mother to.
