Great experience. Nothing but great experience. Easy access. Nurse, doctors and front desk staff were fantastic !! This is our 4th visit (multiple patients) and not a single bad experience

Most unprofessional place in Fort Smith!!! Doctor is great but the women behind the desk is rude and unprofessional!!! Do not have a Colonoscopy there! You have to be there hours before appointment with them knowing you've had nothing to eat or drink and then have to sit for 3 hours to be seen!!
