The staff was friendly and helpful. My nurse was able to put me at ease, immediately. She also took time to answer all my questions. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and it was a quick visit. The lab tech was awesome. So friendly and gentle with that needle. I did call back after my visit to try and sign up for patient portal. I could tell before she even spoke, I was on her last nerve. I tried to explain that I had done the paperwork for that earlier in the day. She wasn’t about to listen to that. And, she hung up on me!! Didn’t say bye or thank you, just hung up. Update: I spoke with Bonnie in the office and she fixed me right up! It didn’t work the first time, but she wasn’t the least bit aggravated. She just simply said let me start all over and she stayed on the phone with me until I was successfully in. She was awesome! So, overall, it was a very good experience.

Can't be seen anymore because I needed to reschedule my sister died her service in springdale is same day as appt in Hot springwonderful. Had to reschedule before too. For post hip replacement, had a stroke and ice and snow. Office has no compassion. Sure just drive 70 miles on ice. Or hobble on over here when I can barely stand much less walk.

Got referred here, called to ask for a sooner appt. Rep was about as welcoming as a porcupine. I don't even know who I'm talking to but they seem to know more about myself than I do, and says I don't need to see them, I need to go to a different specialist. This different specialist had already told me I needed to go see them. Called my primary care and ask to be referred somewhere else. Y'all need to train your phone reps in proper customer service.
