The staff was very nice. The nurses were amazing with my daughter who had to have dental procedure. She was very scared and nervous but they made sure she felt comfortable and eased her nerves. My only complaint really is her not eating after midnight, and the surgery didn’t happen until lunch time and her discharge happened around 2pm. Maybe get the kiddos in there earlier in the morning time so they are not so hungry after. (I understand why there isn’t any eating allowed after midnight but I hate seeing my baby so hungry) Overall it’s a good place, great staff, amazing nurses and caring doctors. If we had to ever go back for anything I would trust them to take care of my kiddos. Y’all were amazing and thank you to all of you there at OSC!
My son had surgery here on his tonsils and adenoids. The staff was very kind. The ladies up front were kind. The nurses he had were kind. They even have him some stickers and toys. It was a 30 minute wait to get in. That’s not too bad considering how many surgeries they had and how busy they were. Dr Jiu finished the procedure on my son quickly. Dr Jiu is great! Thank you everyone for taking care of my son.
My husband was instructed to arrive at 7:00 a.m. for surgery. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, while watching patients who arrived after us be called back, we became frustrated. When we asked the receptionist for an update, she informed us that my husband’s actual appointment wasn’t until 8:30 a.m. When we questioned why we were told to arrive so early, she explained it was to complete paperwork. However, I have never experienced being asked to arrive a full hour and a half early just to sign paperwork. Something is wrong with this picture
They are good people. I really do love the nurses at this place so caring and do their best to make you feel at ease and safe. Wish I could say the same for st Bernards or the hospital/ER I hate their ER so unsafe, the doctors are usually not friendly and the nurses seem bothered by anyone who comes in.
I have had surgery at this facility and my daughter recently had surgery here. The staff were always friendly and helpful during my times here. The doctors I have encountered were informative and answered any and all questions and concerns. Dr. Beck is a great anesthesiologist. There is plenty of waiting space and parking at the facility. Like other medical care facilities, unfortunately it seems like your on an assembly line and they try their best to get you in and out. That is not just specific to this place but most medical facilities now. Overall, good experience though and I have had no issues.
