Fair Park is a wonderful facility and thenstaff is professional and kind. Dr. Ted Penick preformed my second cataract surgery today and my experience was 5 star.

Recently I had eye surgery at Fair Park Surgery Center with Dr Morshedi ( AMAZING DR). The staff at Fair Park is AMAZING too!! The staff treated me as though I was the only patient there and I know I wasn’t. They were very busy. They were very comforting and reassuring. This helped me to be calm and not so anxious. After surgery Sarah walked me to my vehicle. She is so SWEET! She explained my discharge instructions to me and my husband very clearly and caring. Thank you to everyone at Fair Park Surgery Center!!

Horrible experience with billing. They said they attempted to call me but I never received a call nor did they leave a voice mail. I got a surprise charge the day of my procedure. It borders on criminal the way they jack up the bill. Go somewhere else that has transparent billing practices. Additionally, the first procedure I had done here the anesthesiologist did not manage the pain very well. I woke up in the middle of it in excruciating pain and had to beg for more anaesthesia.
