Wait time is unacceptable. Had colonoscopy done other places and never had to wait like this. Medicare covers these screening procedures 100% so they over schedule to get that money! Will never use this facility again. Horrible! The reviews stating they got in and out in good time obviously had early morning appointments.

I see the reviews about waiting and I'm baffled. I was in and out in 2 hours with the smoothest process I have ever been involved with. Hoping the follow up goes well like that. Professional behavior from everyone I interacted with.

Highly recommend! Excellent care. Wonderful doctor and nurses! Andrea at the front counter was efficient and has an amazing receptionist voice! Nurses that wheeled me back were attentive and thorough. Doctor was compassionate, great at explaining results and very professional. It was nice to be cared for by a great staff! We arrived at 7:30 and were finished and on our way by 9:30!

While the waiting could be an issue as some voiced their concerns, the team was warm and professional. The front desk was well prepared for my appointment and my prep nurse Angela was great. The procedure team was friendly and Dr. Williams is a true professional.

I thought the VA hospital was bad on their wait... wow, we was here 2 weeks ago and was waiting 2 1/2 hours past out appointment time, so we had to reschedule. Then today been waiting in the waiting room a hour after our scheduled appointment time the when they did call my son and wife back they had to wait for a nother hour in there before being seen.
