Hannah is such an amazing Pre Op nurse! She is extremely king and sweet and made the whole process smooth and free. This was my second time having a procedure here and both times I had Hannah and she never have trouble putting my IV in and I can tell she cares and truly enjoys her job because she will sit and talk to you and reassure you of the entire process. My Post Op nurse was amazing as well! (Forgot her name) but nothing felt rushed at all and she was very down to earth! I had absolutely no pain or nausea after surgery and this is super unlikely for me, so to wake up and instantly be feeling like nothing even happened, is amazing on my entire surgical team!

Dr. Stacey said he could help my uncle’s condition and unfortunately did not. He would not even come and visit him in his last days in the hospital. He never apologized for the worse condition he put my uncle in. There are several doctors that have no idea what to do with quadriplegic patients and that’s unfortunate. I look forward to the day that we have a trauma 1 hospital with doctors that can take care of future situations like this. I’m not blaming Dr. Stacey for my uncle’s death, but he could have had the decency to come visit him and apologize for his ignorance.

Today I had a hip replacement surgery at pinnacle hills. So many good things to say about the experience that I dont know where to start. Very nice facility, the staff are courteous, kind, helpful and professional. I would like to say Thank you very much! To Dr Yakin along with everyone assisting, support staff and ROSA. They are top notch in my book, I recommend then highly.
