I went to this pain management clinic for a disc desiccation. I was prescribed pain medication, and the provider told me that some patients take much higher doses, but she started me on a low dose. When it didn’t help, I took one extra pill a day, thinking it was okay based on what she told me. When I realized I would run out before my follow-up, I called to move my appointment up and was told that wasn’t possible because she was having surgery. I was left without help, so I saw my primary care doctor, who prescribed medication to cover me until my appointment. At my follow-up, I was treated poorly and told I violated a pain contract—one I was never asked to sign because the office forgot to give it to me. I was then blamed and refused proper treatment. This situation happened due to their lack of communication and organization. Very disappointing customer service and I am left in pain until my surgery to fix the disc.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was great . The only complaint I could have was I had difficulty hearing in the evaluation room however that was mostly on me . I have some hearing loss and the echo in the room made it difficult for me to understand what was being said. That's probably a one in a million complaint. I will continue to use them .

Such an awesome visit with my Dr. she was so great at explaining every detail of all the procedures and I'm looking forward to being pain free without having to take a lot of pain pills. The best part is knowing that she is a Christian.
