Had a colonoscopy 5/22/25. The staff were fine. My issue is with th actual procedure. I was put in a twilight sleep, however I was still fully awake and aware of everything that was happening. I even had my eyes open for a couple minutes and I was watching the procedure on the screen. I don't know if I wasn't given enough medicine to put me out more but I felt everything and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. It felt like someone was jamming something inside of me repeatedly and very aggressively. I was groaning in pain and wincing the entire time. Several times I almost set out loud to stop but I figured this must be what the procedure is so I didn't say anything. However as a patient and audibly showing that I was an extreme pain I now wonder why they didn't stop to check on me and ask me how I was feeling. For 4 days after the procedure I had extreme abdominal pain. I have asked several friends who have also had colonoscopies how their experiences were and nobody has experienced anything like I've described. They all said it was painless they were completely out they didn't feel anything And they had no pain in the next few days after the procedure. Since having my colonoscopy at this facility I have had serious concerns about what was done to me and how I was treated. I feel like I was violated in a way and it threw me into a very deep depression for several days. I would never ever recommend this place nor would I ever return for any reason.

My mom had surgery on Tuesday & we were amazed at how nice EVERYONE was with us. Starting from the receptionist, they were so sweet & helpful. But Special thanks to Nurse Tawnie & Erin cause they went above & beyond with my mom. You can tell they LOVE their jobs & truly care for the patient. My mom was a lil nervous going in but they put her mind at ease & took extra good care of her. Dr Toor did a great job, she is 2 days out & has no pain. Would recommend this place 1000 times!!

I’m not sure why they only have 7 comments lol this place is amazing, the staff is great, sweet, charming, very helpful & will make sure everything that you need is fully taking care of. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my surgery. This was my first surgery that i actually went into not being scared and felt relaxed. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING I PROMISE YOU

I had my ACL surgery done today and let me tell you this place had amazing service. The nurses who took care of me were Kasey and Ivonne. They were really amazing and took great care of me. I felt super comfortable the entire time. Thank you for taking care of me!

This review is LONG overdue. First of all, I have only AMAZING things to say about this surgery center and the entire staff. I had a small surgery back in September 2020. Although it was small, it was my first real surgery and I was definitely nervous. Everyone was so friendly, even at 6:00am, and made sure I was as comfortable possible. From checking in at the front desk to getting wheeled out after my surgery, the staff was so pleasant and kind. One of the surgery attendants even went as far as to hold my hand as I was given my anesthesia because he saw how nervous I was. That literally changed my entire experience. I am so thankful for him and everyone that was present that day and would HIGHLY recommend this surgery center and Dr. Kapoor. THANK YOU!
