Count on waiting all day here. And it seems no one is in charge in front office and they have no consideration for the elderly.
This is by far the best surgical / medical center I have ever been too in California. The front staff are very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The medical staff are very professional, caring & they explain everything in detail about what to expect during your visit there. The surgeon was very friendly & professional, explained everything in detail before & after the procedure. The facility is super clean & seating was great. I have zero complaints for this Medical Facility & recommend it to anyone. I give this facility 100 stars.
Terrible service!! I went for colonoscopy, and came out with a cold, running nose!!! The nurses didn't cover my back during the procedure, I was put on sleep. As soon as I was woke up, I had a running nose! If I was not that strong, I may got pneumonia or other illness. My husband is very upset I was treated like that and came out with a cold. I had to take one more sick day off. Also, I waited around 1hr. and 55mins for them to call me in, I checked with the front desk after I waited 1hr & 30mins, they said will check for me, but NO answer at all.
I had two surgeries there on my eyes. It was an interesting place. Almost everyone was Chinese and a lot of the chatter was in Chinese. Like a visit to Hong Kong? But they were competent, capable, and kind. My surgeries went well. They attended me with care. I would go back again.
Went for a colonoscopy on February 17, 2017. Staff were attentive and polite through and through. My complain is that they initially charged me more than $700 which I can understand since some people end up not paying at all. My EOB came and insurance allowed was $558. This was on March 16, 2017. I was supposed to be due a credit of about $170. I called three times, on 3/27, 5/5 and 5/15 and was given the same answer. ..will issue the refund. I am still waiting and waiting and waiting.
