Had to send someone here for a check up. Staff were pleasant and fairly quick, everything was done sooner than I expected. I've experienced horror stories with other medical centers and similar establishments over the years, not here!

They may tell you to be there at 6:30am to check in, but they actually don't open until then, and the 7am sign on the door is wrong. It's not a bad place, though I am not fond of any "hospital alternative" myself. I have edited the location, is it was showing as the building South of the correct one, and in reality is the center of the building right off Medical Center Drive. Note that Lyft & Uber are currently going to the backside of the building, and have to be told to go around for drop-offs or pick-ups.

Prep for Colonoscopy is much harder than this procedure. Debbie Thank you for your awesome bedside manor. And for that matter, everyone here has wonderful, soothing, presence despite the fact they're obviously very busy. The intake nurse with beatiful feathered hair(sorry I don't hv your name). And Andrea; Mary; the guy/tech; the anesthetiscian; Doctor R Yip... right to the discharge nurse whose name I missed, and also Dana. Top to bottom this is an efficient, clean and pleasant place to get your procedure done. I was here about 6 years ago and recall it was great then, too. Also these are older medical offices but this facilitity has been remodeled. We've been to a couple othr practices within this collection of offices and the practices were good quality. Procedures prep will make you more susceptible to feeling cold but the bed was warm as was the blanket and they let me keep my clean, flannel shirt on until i was put under.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I went here to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy, the nurses and staff were absolutely amazing! Very kind and caring. They got me in super quick. The experience was great!

Appointment was on time, from the reception up to discharge - the Surgery Center Staff were all kind, smiling, accommodating, considerate - the Medical team including Doctors made me relax and trusting that I would be okay and my fear of hospitals and needles was gone. The procedure (colonoscopy) was quick - being my first time with the procedure, I was so nervous. I was brought to the Colonoscopy Room, fell asleep after the sedation and when I woke up, I was already back in the preparation unit, with the smiling staff telling me to rest while waiting for my ride home. From preparation to procedure and my waking up - it took one hour plus just a few minutes, I knew it because I asked what time it was then. The preparation, the procedure, my waking up & resting after the procedure, and my home arrival took place between the time 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. I was so anxious of the time, because I wanted to know how simple or complex that procedure could be. Thank you to the two Doctors and Medical Assistants during the procedure, who introduced themselves before I fell asleep, and to all the Surgery Center's Staff for their kindness and smiles 😃
