I just had surgery yesterday and I had to leave a review the staff was truly amazing I was nervous about my tubal removal and the staff was so attentive and helpful they also had a good sense of humor and made feel cared for and welcomed they put my anxiety at ease a lot and that helped me more than they could ever know
I’ve had surgery here twice, and both experiences have been truly outstanding. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and professional. The nurses are especially kind and attentive — they made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the process. Dr. Hassaini, the anesthesiologist, was fantastic. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped put me at ease before the procedure. My recovery was smooth, and my nurse was right there when I woke up, providing excellent care. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond. Thank you to the whole team for your compassion and dedication!
So happy with our experience there. We took our special needs daughter there yesterday. She has a tough time with new situations and transitions. Everyone there, from the sweet young lady that took her back, to the nurses and the doctors was so professional, loving and patient with her. They all made her feel as comfortable as possible and even gave her Dr Suess book in which all the Dr's and nurses signed. I will always remember to ask for Millennium Surgery Center when having surgery for myself or family.
I arrived a few minutes early. Check on Washington incredibly quick and easy. Check on desk person was light and full of energy even closer to the end of their day. I was impressed. My pre op care by Leah was top notch. She was gentle, as well as caring. She reminded me that blankets aren't just for cold but for modesty as well. I had initially declined a blanket. I'm glad she knew better than me lol. She made me very comfortable through the entire thing. They were busy at that time but she didn't rush me through anything. Very pleasant lady. My Recovery nurse was Lauren. She too was very kind and caring. She helped me wake up and was thoughtful when calling my husband to pick me up. Giving him reassurance and instructions and answered his questions well over the phone. She even gave me stickers for my little on request to help them feel better because they had been concerned for mom. The Anesthesiologist was a gem and got me comfortable as quickly as possible. She was up beat and friendly. Unusual, I feel because my experiences elsewhere in the past, they can be very focused and less personable. She was a very happy positive person who definitely made feel content in the moment. Overall I would suggest this center to anyone who needed outpatient procedures or surgery. I felt the level of care was extremely good. Other patients around me seemed very satisfied as well. Thank you all so very much for making a new unfamiliar experience as pleasant as possible. I felt very human here and less like a number on the list. Bravo 👏 10/25/24
All of their staff were very friendly from the moment I got there and all through the end. I had a surgery recently and it was my first time having surgery besides getting my wisdom teeth out a few years ago at a dental office. I didn’t feel nervous here whatsoever because all of the nurses made sure I was comfortable and they were very caring and attentive. The surgeon and anesthesiologist also explained everything in detail reassuring me everything will be fine. I highly recommend this place.
