My first appointment here was Great! But thus second appointment was TOTALLY DIFFERENT! IT WAS VERY PAINFUL! The nurse that gave the I've medication DID NOT LISTEN to me AT ALL! I FELT EVERYTHING! She tried telling me it was normal, like I've never had this procedure AND OTHERS before! THAT PISSED ME OFF! I WAS NOT numb, and I was NEVER sedated AT ALL! If the next procedure starts out THIS way, IM STOPPING IT MID PROCEDURE!! IT WAS TORTURE!! THEY DESERVE -00 SCORE FOR THIS DAY

It was about a 30 minute wait they only allow three people in the lobby and the rest have to wait outside it is very clean the staff there are very polite respectful it make you feel at ease it takes longer to recover the most procedures done here
