I love this place, I was really scared going into the endoscopy but the staff made me feel so comfortable. I was confident I would be cared for. Thank you all at CS endoscopy
ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Where do I start? First of all, they are extremely disorganised. Despite having my endoscopy scheduled and confirmed for months, they bombarded me with repeated calls for a whole week, providing NO New information. Then, just the day before the procedure, they suddenly informed me of a change in Location and Time. The day before!! This left me in a bind since I had arranged for someone to pick me up since you cannot leave the facility on your own while having anesthesia… and I couldn't adjust the plans at such short notice. When I raised this issue, they simply brushed it off, saying that changes are to be expected and that the provided time was just tentative. Lol However, there was No mention of this in any of their emails or previous calls. Anyways, after LOTS of back and forth and rescheduling, I get to the facility the day off at the scheduled time which is 5:30 am. Door is locked and the phone number provided goes straight to voicemail. I am standing alone outside in the street, in the cold, trying every single phone number I had for them to finally get a hold of someone who tells me a person will open the garage door for me. Yes the door where cars go through. The lady mentions that I should’ve been made aware of that(Made aware that I needed to wait at the garage door since it’s very early morning) yet nobody mentioned that before and it’s not anywhere in their “prep email”. :) Then, to add insult to injury, I was blindsided with an extra bill of $450 for facility and anesthesia fees, which they conveniently failed to mention earlier. When I questioned this, they claimed it was a separate charge and should have been explained to me beforehand, contradicting their earlier assurances that I had already paid everything required the day before through the phone! I made payments the day before and was litterally told “This is the only thing you need to pay”. Anyways- If I could give 0 stars I would have. Go do your endoscopy somewhere else.
Poor customer service ! Rude nurse
