Got a colonoscopy done woke up mid procedure because i was in pain. No one came to apologize because of what happened. I called the next day because it was so unprofessional the manager told me that my body is probably used to the drug thats why i woke up . But isnt someone supposed to be monitoring you while you're sedated? So unprofessional and traumatic experience that i hope NO ONE ever has to go through that .

Just a had a procedure at this location and I wanted to highlight the awesome level of care from every staff member that I interacted with. From the receptionist to the actual nurses that treated me in the procedure room, everyone was nice, attentive, empathetic and very professional. Of course Dr. Kuritzkes sets the bar high when it comes to level of care. It’s no wonder that his staff lives up to his high standards.
