The front office staff is exceptional. I've watched the front desk woman go above and beyond for every person she encounters, and with such kindness and professionalism. Incredibly impressive and a great first impression. Every single person in this place provide excellent care with fantastic bedside manner. It is super clean and efficient. Like a very well ran machine. Top that with a personal call from the doctor the evening of my procedure to check on my well being, and I would say VIP service from check in to well after!

Hi, I just want to say how amazing every single nurse there was. Words cannot say it enough! Had a lot of laughs leading up to my surgery, and after the surgery as well. The anesthesiologist was incredible too, as well as my surgeon. Dr Mensch called me that evening to check on me, as well as a nurse the following morning. Thank you to each and every staff member who's a part of Capitola Surgery Center, y'all are amazing!

Just got out of the surgery center after having surgery by Dr. Haywood. Good man and skilled professional. The nurses made it a truly amazing experience. I really can't say enough good things about them. From Marion to Chelsea to Morgan and Marika, they were all wonderful. Please forgive me if I left anyone out, but I was a little out of it. Anyway, they all were stellar professionals, and caring human beings. Thanks again, and Happy Valentine's Day

an uncomfortable experience: the surgeon was over-booked (typical), so procedure didn't start until 3+ hours later...guess that often happens in places like this so was it more-or-less excusable, and not the fault of the Center. it was at checkout time when the poor treatment by one particular employee began, and to whom it was obviously more important to be out of there on-the-dot right at closing time than to be kind to a senior post-surgery patient who was desperately trying to connect with the very important ride home. she grew more and more impatient as the clock ticked away towards 5p/m managing to stress everyone out (especially apparently herself) to the point where she became outright RUDE. this kind of behavior towards a post-op patient is completely inexcusable. the rest of the staff at the center were friendly, professional and courteous, but would think twice about ever using this facility again since needles-to-say she left a LASTING impression. (have one other possible theory as to why she behaved in such an intolerable manner, but would rather keep that to myself at this point since I have no affirmation of it, and don't know the woman personally). either way, SHAME on her!
