I was referred to Dr. Nassery and called in to make my appointment. They were booked out about 3 months which is not unusual lately. The appointment was made and the following day I was called due to an opening from a cancellation. I was in the office that day. Dr. Nassery was great! No one looks forward to getting their tush looked at but she made it easy. The front staff made my day! Such sweet ladies and very professional. So nice when the overall experience is pleasant. Thank you!

It's unfortunate that most people only leave reviews when they have had negative experiences. My son and I had a super pleasant experience! Everyone was extremely nice. There was virtually no wait. The doctor listened and knew right away what needed to be done leaving me with assuring feeling that everything will be ok. That's important for special needs moms. I appreciate this office! I really really do.

Total chop shop / mill. Yet another disgusting Dr's office that will tell you anything you want to hear while taking your money & then will just try & slam you into a life altering surgery. They promise referrals, they promise to call you back...you're left on your own & they will never follow up & why would they, they already got your money. Patients are treated like garbage. Why are places like this allowed to be open ?

Speaking only to the front desk for this review. Mayra was absolutely horrible to me twice when I called to figure out how to get some very basic paperwork filled out. People who are getting surgery are typically scared and scrambling to get all of the proper forms completed for work, the hospital etc. this is not the time to be passive aggressive and rude to patients trying to get their ducks in a row. If you aren’t happy at your job, please find a new one. Well meaning patients don’t deserve that type of attitude. We also had to wait over an hour for our appt as others have said.
