I strongly do not recommend this clinic. Giving even one star feels too generous. I went in for a blood test and later received results, only to be told afterward that the results were incorrect and the test needed to be repeated due to an error on their end. Despite this, there was no clear explanation or follow-up from the clinic. After more than a month, we received a bill, which is what prompted us to call. During that call, there was no apology for the mistake, the delay, or the inconvenience we experienced. Instead, we were spoken to in a confrontational and argumentative manner, being told that because a visit took place, payment was required. It is deeply frustrating to go to a medical facility, pay for care, and then be left dealing with mistakes, poor communication, and an unpleasant attitude. Medical offices should take responsibility for their errors and treat patients with basic respect. I am leaving this review so others can avoid the same upsetting and uncomfortable experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. I was very sick one day and was turned away because my insurance was not accepted at this provider. Then, I was billed $100.00 when I was not seen by any doctor or given any treatment whatsoever. When I call to resolve this I keep having rude and hostile agents for this provider argue with me, and when I ask them to provide any proof I was treated or any medical record they have no response but insist I must pay. It has been nearly 2 years since this happened and this provider keeps trying to collect from me, and I explain each time what I explained above. It is not about the money, but the principle. This place is disgusting, avoid it at all costs.

This review is not based on the doctor. My experience and interaction with the doctor was fine, but this is based on this office and their practice. I came in for preventive care, which is covered 100% by insurance. They asked me to come back in for a follow-up to a blood sample they took. All they did in the follow-up was give me the results and told me everything looked fine, however, they then charging me $96 for this pointless follow-up visit. When I called them to asked for this to be waived, they wouldn't and tried to put the blame on the insurance. They kept telling me they didn't know the insurance policy was only 1 preventive care treatment per year, but they definitely knew this because they have admins that specialize in insurance policies. Not to mention I'm certian most insurance only allow 1 fully covered preventive care visit. At best this is deceiving to the customer for more payment.

Today 12/20/2023 I had my yearly check up with dr. Kim at 1:30 and my husband had his at 2:00. I called in on November to make my appointment. I walked into their office today and a woman named Dilated, Deployed,…something like that walked to me with a rude face, telling me that I am wrong and I have amnesia and there is no appointment in the system. Can someone fire this woman please? She told me there is no way for someone to make an appointment a month in advance?!!!! And doctor is not in on Wednesdays and yet their office is open until 5?

Doctor John Kim has been my family doctor for 24 years. He and his associates have treated me and family with great care and patience. Doctor Kim is extremely knowledgeable and has treated me for many ailments. He has also treated my Daughter who he watched grow up to be a great young woman.
