No posted signs for patients not to use cell phones. Receptionist gave wrong wristband to my husband. We are glad we caught that mistake.

My Mom's doctor just walked in.. 45 mins after her scheduled appointment time. This place is ran really poorly. I feel like they take advantage of their Chinese patients and overbook so you're waiting ridiculous times. I overheard multiple patients complain about having their appointments at a certain time only to wait 2-3 hours to be seen. A older gentleman in his 80's has been waiting over 3 hours. Only explanation the receptionists give is that their doctor or nurses are busy with other patients. The best part is that they make you sign multiple consent forms and a fun malpractice one. I'm sure if they didn't do that they would've been sued a long time ago. The doctors at this location need to take some pride in their practice. Honestly, you guys need to slow it down and invest the proper amount of attention per patient. Don't book 5 people for one time slot. These are our parents; our mother, our father, brothers and sisters. How would you feel if your family was treated as such? Do better.

This facility is clean and cozy, and the nurses there are courteous, friendly, thoughtful, and above all, professional, such as exemplified by Ms. Kuo among them. We especially appreciate their concerted, painstaking efforts to minimize patients' unexpected long waiting time caused by some doctors' double-booking. We will definitely come back for future medical needs while also sharing our positive experience with fellow patients.
